1. Website information
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Photography, screen settings, prototypes and production tolerances may affect appearance. Dimensions, finishes, packaging, compliance requirements and performance criteria must be confirmed in the applicable quotation, sample approval, proforma invoice or supply agreement.
2. Quotations and order acceptance
A quotation is valid only for the period stated in it and remains subject to final specification, capacity and commercial review. An order is accepted when Meisen Technology issues written acceptance or a proforma invoice and receives any required payment. The latest mutually approved written specification and commercial document control if they conflict with general website content.
3. Samples and production orders
Sample reservations are handled under our Sample Orders & Cancellations Policy. Bulk orders require written confirmation of product, quantity, finish, packaging, inspection criteria, Incoterm, destination and schedule. Changes requested after material allocation or production begins may change price and timing and require written approval.
4. Prices, payment and taxes
Website prices are USD sample references until confirmed. Freight, duties, taxes, bank fees, inspection and destination charges are excluded unless expressly included. Payment instructions will appear on a verified quotation or proforma invoice. Buyers should verify any change in beneficiary details through an established company contact before sending funds.
5. Intellectual property
The website design, text, original photography, graphics, product presentations and Meisen marks are owned by or licensed to Meisen Technology. You may use downloaded specifications internally to evaluate a purchase. Republishing, scraping for resale, removing notices or using our material to misrepresent another product requires written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with website security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading material, or use automated systems in a way that places an unreasonable load on the service.

8. Liability and force majeure

A signed supply agreement, accepted quotation, proforma invoice and approved specification take priority over these general terms for the relevant order. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through good-faith business discussion.
The governing law, dispute forum and any arbitration arrangement for a transaction are those stated in the accepted quotation, proforma invoice or signed supply agreement. If those documents are silent, the parties will determine the appropriate forum under applicable law rather than relying on this website text.
