Samples are made to order so a buyer can evaluate construction, finish, comfort, assembly and packaging before a larger commitment. The website records your requested model, finish and quantity; it does not collect payment or automatically accept the order.
1. Reservation and confirmation
- Submit the sample cart or inquiry with your delivery country and contact details.
- We review the SKU, finish, requested changes, quantity, packed size and destination.
- We send the final USD sample quotation, freight estimate and payment instructions.
- The sample enters production after written specification approval and cleared payment, unless the quotation states otherwise.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices shown online are temporary USD references based on available catalog data. The confirmed price may change with specification, finish, packing, destination or current input costs. Freight, duties, taxes and bank charges are separate unless the proforma invoice expressly includes them.
3. Lead time
Typical sample production takes 30–45 days after specification approval and cleared payment. Complex customization, new tooling, validation, peak capacity or material availability may require more time. Transit time is additional. We will communicate a revised estimate if a material delay becomes known.
4. Finish and sample approval
On-screen finish images are references. Lighting, texture direction, material batch and display settings can affect appearance. We confirm the production finish using the selected finish code and, where needed, a physical swatch or approved sample. Reasonable manufacturing tolerances should be recorded in the approved specification.
5. Changes and cancellation

Any change or cancellation must be requested in writing and is effective only when acknowledged by Meisen Technology.
6. Inspection and next step
Inspect the sample after delivery and report visible shipping damage, shortage or the wrong item within seven calendar days. Approval of a sample supports later production but does not remove agreed production tolerances. Bulk pricing, freight and schedule are quoted separately.
