Returns, Claims & Refunds

The evidence, timing and review process for shipping damage, shortage, defects and made-to-order goods.

Last updated September 10, 2026

Most Meisen products are made to an approved specification. We review legitimate quality and delivery issues promptly, while change-of-mind returns are limited once production has begun.

1. Report an order issue

Email enyo@meisentech.com with the order or proforma-invoice number, SKU, quantity affected, written description, delivery documents and clear photos or video. Visible damage, shortage or an incorrect item should be reported within seven calendar days of delivery. A latent manufacturing defect should be reported promptly after discovery and within the applicable warranty period.

2. Keep the evidence

Retain the product, cartons, labels, pallet and internal packaging until we confirm whether inspection or carrier collection is required. Note visible damage or shortage on the carrier proof of delivery. Missing evidence can limit our ability to recover from a carrier or verify the claim.

3. Return authorization

Do not return a product without written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and routing instructions. Unauthorized shipments may be refused and may not be eligible for credit. Returned items must be packed safely and identified with the RMA reference.

4. Made-to-order and customized goods

Confirmed samples, custom colors, branded products, special dimensions, custom packaging and production goods are generally not returnable for preference changes, forecast changes or buyer ordering errors. A verified defect, incorrect production or shipping damage remains eligible for review.

5. Available remedies

After reviewing the evidence, specification and product, we may supply a replacement component, repair or rework the item, replace the affected product, issue an agreed credit, or refund the affected product value. The remedy will be proportionate to the verified issue and the accepted order documents.

6. Costs and refunds

If the issue is our verified manufacturing or fulfillment error, the agreed remedy will address reasonable necessary costs within the order terms. If a discretionary return is accepted for an unused standard product, the buyer is responsible for return freight, customs and a stated restocking charge. Original freight, bank fees, duties, taxes and customized work are not refundable unless required by law or expressly agreed. Approved refunds are sent through the original payment route or another mutually verified business method and may take additional banking time.

7. Exclusions

Claims do not cover normal wear, expected color variation, misuse, overloading, improper assembly, modification, unsuitable chemicals, failure to maintain the product, environmental exposure outside the approved specification, or damage after risk has transferred when caused by buyer handling.

Commercial priority. A signed supply agreement, accepted quotation, approved sample and inspection standard take priority if they set a different claim process or deadline.
